Information we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, street address and your home elevator requirements (elevator type, floor count and ZIP code). We also automatically collect standard technical and usage data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and advertising click identifiers (such as a Google gclid), which we use to run the site, prevent fraud and measure advertising. Technical data is used for statistical and security purposes and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To match you with up to 3 licensed elevator installers who contact you with quotes and arrange a free home survey — the core service you request.
- To operate, secure and improve our service and to prevent spam or fraud.
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
- To contact you about your request and, where permitted, to keep you informed about relevant products, services and offers.
Providing your personal data is necessary to enable us to arrange the quotes and services you have requested. If you do not provide it, we cannot match you with installers.
Who we share it with
We share your quote details with up to 3 licensed elevator installers from our partner network (which may include brands such as Stiltz, Savaria and Harmar) so they can prepare your quotes and arrange a survey. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, for example:
- Analytics & advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta/Facebook, Microsoft Advertising.
- Communications: email, SMS and voice providers used to contact you and verify your details.
- Hosting & infrastructure: the providers that host and secure our website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing communications
An initial confirmation of your request is part of the service and cannot be opted out of. You can decline future marketing communications at any time by contacting unsubscribe@leadadvisorycompany.com, by replying STOP to a text message, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
TCPA consent
By submitting the quote form you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Home Elevator Comparison and our licensed installer partners by phone call, text message (including via automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice) and email, at the number and address you provide, even if that number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help.
Your choices & California (CCPA/CPRA) rights
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell your personal information).
